Hi! We’re Kirsti and Sam—life partners and devoted dog lovers.
Our journey into professional pet care was inspired by our own wonderful dog, Hallie. We know how difficult it can be to find a true ‘home from home’ that matches the warmth and comfort your dog receives at home. We founded Hallie’s Home Boarding to provide the perfect place where your dog can enjoy a genuine family holiday while you’re away.
Our mission is to ensure every dog feels completely at ease by following their normal daily routine. When your dog stays with us, they aren’t just a guest; they truly become part of our family. From energising walks and engaging activities to those all-important quiet afternoon cuddles on the sofa, we adapt every part of the day to their individual needs.
Helping us host is our resident girl, Hallie. She is a sweet, playful soul who loves sharing her favourite sofa spots with new canine friends.

Meet your host - Hallie
Hi there! I'm Hallie, the Chief Resident and Sofa-Sharing Expert here at Hallie’s Home Boarding. My humans, Kirsti and Sam, might do the paperwork, but I’m the one in charge of making sure every guest feels right at home!
I’ve lived here a while now, and I’ve mastered the art of the perfect afternoon nap and the best spots in the garden for a sunbathe. I’m a very chilled-out girl and I love meeting new friends. Whether you want to have a game of tug-of-war, go on a big adventure in the woods - which, by the way is my favourite - or just snooze together while the humans have a cuppa, I’m your girl.
I promise to show you where the best treats are kept (usually with my Mum) and I’m always happy to share my sofa and my toys—there’s plenty of room for two!
